La Hacienda restaurant at Bahía del Duque is making its gastronomic offer more international

The menu is being revamped to adapt to the “International Cuisine Restaurant” concept while keeping its star dishes

La Hacienda restaurant at Hotel Bahía del Duque is revamping its gastronomic offer to promote the ‘International Cuisine Restaurant’ concept, enhancing its unique haute cuisine proposal The menu is becoming more international with a varied and top quality offer, but it will keep its most sought-after dishes.

The director of Food and Drink at Bahía del Duque, Michel Burgio, emphasised that “this new move will enable the Hotel, which recently received the ‘Canarian Hotels Haute Gastronomy’ award, to continue to encourage the excellent gastronomic quality it boasts”.

La Hacienda is in an unmatched setting with impressive sea views, which offers a high quality service with a new and select menu that will offer the chance to savour chicken Gyoza, home-made tagliatelle with mushrooms and sautéed prawns, Rubia Gallega beef, roast turbot and bluefin tuna tartar, among other dishes, which will be combined with proposals that bring to mind its Mexican essence and its star products.

The space is also devised for enjoying unique leisure moments, therefore those who wish to can also have an aperitif or a cocktail accompanied by good music with a live DJ on Friday and Saturday.

This new initiative joins the excellent range of haute cuisine that Bahía del Duque has in each of its restaurants, including Nub of Andrea Bernardi and Fernanda Fuentes-Cárdenas with a Michelin Star and a Repsol Sun, La Brasserie of chef Pierre Résimont, with two Michelin Stars at his restaurant L’Eau Vive in Belgique as well as Kensei, the contemporary Japanese restaurant of the chef Victor Planas, which received the award for Best Restaurant Project 2021.
