Upalupa Sunset redefines the art of sundowner in Tenerife. The experience begins with a carefully curated selection of signature cocktails, crafted with premium spirits, fresh ingredients and contemporary mixology techniques.
Led by Carolina Oliva, head of the restaurant’s cocktail programme, each creation becomes a sensory journey, taking guests around the world through flavour.
The gastronomic offering, inspired by contemporary Mediterranean cuisine, focuses on local and seasonal produce. Chef Lucas Ordóñez has designed a menu where tradition and creativity coexist in perfect balance, celebrating authenticity and flavour in every ingredient.

- Vermouth-infused watermelon salad with feta, toasted almonds and fresh mint— fresh, light and aromatic, the perfect opening dish.
- Grilled octopus, parsnip purée and gremolata— technique and product in perfect harmony.
- Rice with Iberian pork shoulder (presa) and Tenerife mushrooms— a tribute to island produce with a Mediterranean soul.
- Black cherne (black grouper) wrapped in banana leaf— local fish with a contemporary twist.
- Keftedakia — Greek-inspired beef meatballs with mint, tomato sauce and yoghurt.
- Roasted banana tart with salted caramel ice cream and Canarian rum sauce— a dessert celebrating the flavours of the Canary Islands.
The wine list completes the experience with a journey through vineyards of distinct character: volcanic, coastal, river-side and highland. Wines selected to enhance and elevate each dish.
