Therefore, we have just launched BDB to go Healthy Food. A revolutionary and completely innovative concept in Costa Adeje, that offers a healthy takeaway menu, perfect to enjoy at the Duques beaches while feeling the sand and admiring the immense sea.
We include a varied selection of Poke Bowls and other highly nutritious dishes that combine fresh fish, varied vegetables, white meat, rice or quinoa as a balanced mix of nutrients. Likewise, the menu has options such as wheat wraps and tacos, or an extensive range of Paninis with light and seasonal ingredients.
These options include the exquisite roast beef with rocket, tomato, goat cheese and pico de gallo; or the roast courgette with tofu, mixed lettuce leaves and the special touch of baba ghanoush; or the tantalising roast turkey and ricotta with nuts and blossom honey.
To accompany these delicious takeaway options, we offer a selection of cold pressed juices with different properties. They include the energising Energy with apple, carrot, orange, passion fruit, lemon and maca root, the revitalising Green Power with cucumber, pineapple, pear, spinach, kale, lime, broccoli, basil and spirulina or the purifying Antiox with apple, strawberry, beetroot, lemon, raspberries and Açaí berries.
