‘Healthy Weekend by Bahía del Duque’, a self-care getaway

The ‘Healthy Weekend by Bahía del Duque’ experience, which takes place on 4th March, has been designed in collaboration with Objetivo Bienestar. It includes fitness sessions with Cesc Escolá, Ballet Fit with Gloria Morales, and a talk on nutrition with Mareva Gillioz.

Bahía del Duque, a member hotel of The Tais Hotels & Villas, offers a weekend getaway with a programme dedicated to self-care through fitness classes and inspirational talks by trainer Cesc Escolà. He is famous for his participation in the Spanish reality television talent show «Operación Triunfo 2020» and as a presenter of ‘Muévete en casa‘, the fitness programme on channel 2 of Spanish Television, and participates together with prestigious experts in healthy habits and well-being.

The Healthy Weekend by Bahía del Duque experience takes place on 4th March. The event has been designed in collaboration with the prestigious publication «Objetivo Bienestar«. It proposes to participants to disconnect and immerse themselves in a unique experience in an engaging environment, through a Full body Cardio & Strength session with Cesc Escolà, a Ballet Fit-Masterclass with the creator of this fitness programme, Gloria Morales, and a talk on happy food therapy by the dietician and emotional coach Mareva Gillioz.

The event takes place in the exclusive Hotel Bahía del Duque, in Costa Adeje, surrounded by lush gardens and next to the beach. In addition, attendees can enjoy the hotel’s spa area, Bahía Wellness Retreat, during their free time.

A first-class team of experts to work on self-care

The experience, specifically designed to learn how to work on motivation and self-care, is led by top-level and well-known experts.

Physical trainer Cesc Escolà, became known for his participation in the Spanish reality television talent show «Operación Triunfo 2020» and as a presenter of ‘Muévete en casa‘, the fitness programme on channel 2 of Spanish Television. He quickly proved to be a TV phenomenon with a huge audience and has skyrocketed in popularity on social media. Escolà has collaborated with Catalonian TV3 in the programme «Tot es mou» and is the author of the book «Mucho más que fitness» (More than fitness).

Gloria Morales (known on social networks by the nickname ‘Atacadas’) is a dancer, physical education teacher and creator of Ballet Fit, a choreographic activity that combines classical ballet and fitness exercises to improve health and quality of life. The fitness programme has won over celebrities such as Paula Echevarría, Naty Abascal, Rossy and Eugenia Silva.

Mareva Gillioz is the author of the book «Happy food Therapy: Alimenta tu felicidad y tus defensas cuidando de tu microbiota”. (Happy Food: Nourish your happiness and your defenses by taking care of your microbiota.) Mareva, an Integrative Dietitian and Coach, is trained in Psychonutrition, Anti-inflammatory and immune and digestive Diet Therapy, Microbiota, Neuroscience, Naturopathy, Personal Growth and Self-Esteem, and Therapeutic and Natural Cooking.
