From the 22nd to the 24th of September, the programme offers a unique opportunity to explore in depth the Tibetan Medicine in peaceful and exclusive surroundings to promote self-knowledge and the revitalisation through traditional techniques.
During the weekend, the participants will have the chance to delve into the fascinating world of Tibetan Medicine by learning and promoting personal growth under the guidance of renowned Tibetan Medicine experts that combine it with complementary disciplines. Dr. Jordi Postius is a specialist doctor in Urology and Andrology. Together with Ilaria Faccioli, a Psychologist and Executive Director of the Tibetan Shang Shung School of Tenerife, they will offer an introductory talk on the origins of Tibetan Medicine.
The Saturday workshops include guided sessions on acupuncture, moxibustion, and massages leaded by the experts in Tibetan Medicine Irina Pankevich and Medegma Budaeva. In addition, the Yantra yoga instructors Nataly Nitsche and Ilina Kramina will give sessions on this antique discipline that promotes the connection between the body and mind. The day will end with a Khaita dance exhibition offered by the Dzamlingar International Dzogchen Community to celebrate life and the connection with vital energy.
To wrap up the programme, on Sunday 24 the expert in meditation, Thupten Ruggyi, will guide a meditation session to enable participants to explore themselves in depth.
This enriching programme includes a culinary immersion in a vegan macrobiotic diet that will be served in all the meals provided by the hotel (menu options with meat available upon request).
