The Restaurant Nub, located in Bahía del Duque, renewed its Michelin Star

During the Michelin Star Gala 2022 held in Valencia, the distinguished award was renewed to chefs Fernanda Fuentes-Cárdenas and Andrea Bernardi for their genuine cuisine offered at their new location.

The Restaurant Nub, at Bahía del Duque, renewed its Michelin Star. Since January this year, the chefs Fernanda Fuentes-Cárdenas (Chile) and Andrea Bernardi (Italy), delight us with their cuisine at the member hotel of The Tais Hotels & Villas. Once more, they were awarded for their culinary proposal linked to genuine cuisine. This unique experience is a sensory journey between Latin America and the Canary Islands.

Opened in 2016 with the aim of creating a culinary space, Nub offers a very personal style. In 2018 the restaurant was awarded the prestigious Michelin star. In this edition, it renewed the star in their new site at Bahía del Duque, the hotel located in Costa Adeje (Tenerife).

The Michelin Guide Gala 2022 was held in Valencia, at the auditorium Palau de les Arts. For the first time, the Michelin Star Gala also emphasized culinary sustainability. Thus, restaurants received a green star for putting sustainability at the heart of their cookery.
