Bahía del Duque receives The British Airways Customer Excellence Award

Based on the impartial opinions of its customers on its location, service and facilities, the hotel, which belongs to the brand The Tais Hotels & Villas, has been acknowledged by the British tour-operator as one of the best of the world.

Bahía del Duque has received the British Airways Customer Excellence Award that distinguishes it as one of the best hotels of the world. It is part of the brand The Tais Hotels & Villas. The hotel has been awarded with this distinction based on the opinions of the UK tour operator’s customers, who have positively rated the experience and aspects such as location and service.

British Airways Holidays has given this award to Bahía del Duque with a score of 9.1 out of 10 in recognition of its efforts to help guests to make great holiday memories. 

It has recognised – among other things – its extraordinary location, surrounded by lush gardens next to the beaches Playas del Duque, in Costa Adeje, Tenerife. It has also valued its majestic facilities, with a unique design that allows guests to enjoy all its corners, five swimming pools, Bahía Wellness Retreat – awarded and recognised on several occasions for its thalassotherapy treatments – alongside with its select cuisine.
