Bahía del Duque chosen as hotel with “Best Service in Europe”

The prestigious prizes for hotel excellence of the  Condé Nast Johansens guide were awarded at a gala held in London

Bahía del Duque, the flagship of the prestigious The Tais Hotels brand, received the prize for the “Best Service” for the second consecutive year from the Condé Nast Johansens guide. The hotel whose premise is to be simply outstanding received this award at the Gala held in London for the 2020 Awards for Excellence which are awarded each year by the international publisher, a benchmark in the travel sector.

As with the previous edition, the Bahía del Duque team received the prize in the “Best Service in Europe and the Mediterranean” category. Luxury taken to a new dimension of exclusivity and extraordinary services and dream facilities are some of the factors that have placed the service offered by the Tenerife hotel among the best in Europe.

The hotel Bahía del Duque was selected from all the hotels recommended on both the website and the most recent guides of the publisher via an online vote, the ratings of guests and the reports issued by local experts who acknowledged the high quality of the service and the treatment of guests that makes the Canarian hotel stand out.

The Hotel Manager, Cristina de Juan, believes that “retaining the award again this year for the best service in Europe is recognition for the effort that we make to maintain our identity, based on taking care of details and the exclusive and personalised treatment of our clients”.

The Condé Nast Johansens awards, which have more than 36 years of experience in the inspection and recommendation of international establishments, are a way of recognising the work carried out by the best hotels in the world to boost the luxury travel market.
