The chef Ana Isabel Rodríguez has designed a romantic menu for the hotel guests and for external reservations.
Under the brand ‘The Tais Hotels’ that belongs to CIO Group, the Hotel Bahía del Duque has designed a special proposal to celebrate Valentine’s Day including a romantic dinner with a tasting menu. For the first time, it will take place in the exclusive area of Las Villas, a privileged surrounding area within the hotel designed by the prestigious interior designer Pascua Ortega.
The menu proposed by the Villa’s chef, Ana Isabel Rodríguez, to celebrate February 14th, consists of shrimp tartar with avocado and citrus; a white asparagus cream with artichoke, quail egg and caviar; roasted sea bass with a velouté of rosé champagne, roasted potato and mushrooms purée; veal, truffle and red fruits. For dessert, she proposes a sweet course of white chocolate, passion ice-cream, tonka bean and some small meringues.
The dinner will be livened up by live music. According to the Food and Beverages Manager of Bahía del Duque, Michel Burgio “Each year Bahía del Duque proposes clients some innovations for them to enjoy the best sensations. On this occasion we put an emphasis on changing the setting and celebrating our special dinner at Las Villas’ terrace; it is an idyllic surrounding, very romantic – indeed! Valentine’s Day inspire us to share a unique menu with our guest, designed for the occasion with the highest quality products and creations for discerning palates.”
The price of our tasting menu for Valentine’s Day is €85 per person. It is available for the guests staying at Bahía del Duque and for external clients, too.
